In 2020, our company produced a bulk cement trough conveying and storage production line for China Resources Cement Plant in Shanwei, Guangdong, with a conveying capacity of 250T/H.

Production process: After the cement transport ship approaches the dock, it is unloaded through a screw unloader, and transported to various types of cement storage silos by hoists, troughs, wind discs, fans and other equipment for storage. After being weighed by a scale, it is transported to the destination required by the customer by a bulk cement tanker.

Bulk cement trough conveying, also known as air conveying chute, is a special form of dense phase pneumatic conveying. It uses low-pressure air as a power source to allow air to pass through the air permeable layer into the material layer and be evenly distributed around the material particles, thereby overcoming various frictional resistances, making the material fluidized and transported to a lower place under the action of its own gravity.
